I just happen to be flicking through a few channels and ran across "For the Love of Ray-J". Why I stopped there is a question for the ages...Ok who am I kidding. I saw this very talented female drop down into a split and smack her ass on the floor. Disclaimer time......

I am not the smartest man in the world, nor have I ever claimed to be. But....

If you strip down to a bikini (and mind you everyone else had on a jacket or a winter coat) drop down to a split and smack your ass repeatedly on the ground on national t.v.

Are you allowed to call yourself classy????
