How much is happiness worth???

Happiness has many different levels... you could be happy with your career, happy in your relationship, or just happy to be alive. I've noticed in life happiness comes at a cost. Directly or indirectly. Sometimes someone else has to be unhappy for you to be happy. If you received that sought after promotion and a co-worker who happens to be a good friend did not, there goes there happiness right out the window. Which leads to another form of happiness. Someone being happy for you. Most of the time I seriously doubt that they are, but that's a topic for another day.

So what price would you pay or are willing to let someone else pay to make sure that you had one of those three forms or any form of happiness???

  1. hmmm.. Intriguing question...As I look back on my life..I realize there were many instances where I was on the other end. Basically, I would let my own happiness suffer so someone else could be happy. Most time this only happens in your personal life when there are thing or people you can actually attach real emotions to, unlike a position at a job where generally speaking you don't care about those folks truly..their feelings do not determine what happens in your own life you control that.
